At Vintage Watches Twente, we treat your newly purchased Rolex with the same care and passion as you do. We ensure your watch reaches you in perfect condition, no matter where you are. Our packaging is secure and protective, designed to keep fragile items safe throughout transit.

We work with a trusted and insured delivery partner and typically ship your order the next business day after payment is received. For security reasons, we do not ship watches on Thursdays and Fridays.

• Within Europe: 1 business day
• Worldwide: 2-3 business days

Shipping is completely free with every purchase.

Need faster delivery? We can also arrange for a direct courier service or, if preferred, personal delivery by a member of our team. Direct delivery costs are at the client’s expense. Please contact us for a personalized quote.

Payments

We offer several secure payment methods for your convenience. Please note that if payment is not received within five (5) business days, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

1. PayPal:
You’ll be redirected to PayPal to log in and confirm your payment. Once processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email from PayPal and an order confirmation from us. A member of our team will then contact you to arrange shipping.

2. Bank Wire:
Prefer a bank transfer? Contact us, and we’ll send you an invoice with a reference number. Once the exact amount is received in our account, we’ll confirm the payment and arrange shipping. We only ship after the payment has cleared.

3. Cryptocurrency (BitPay):
We accept cryptocurrency payments via BitPay. To proceed, you’ll need to complete a KYC (Know Your Customer) verification via Synaps before sending funds. Please note that transaction fees may apply.

The Right to Return & Refund Policy

At Vintage Watches Twente, we want you to feel completely confident with your purchase. That’s why we offer a 14-day return policy for all our vintage Rolex watches. If, for any reason, you’re not fully satisfied with your watch, you can return it within fourteen (14) days of receipt—no questions asked. During this period, you can inspect the watch as you would in a physical store, as long as it’s handled with care. You may also remove the packaging unless it contains a seal.

To initiate a return, simply contact us at info@vintagewatchestwente.com within the return period. Please note that the 14-day return period starts from the day you receive the product.

At Vintage Watches Twente, we take pride in the quality and authenticity of every Rolex we offer. Each watch is thoroughly inspected and, when necessary, fully serviced before being made available for purchase. However, we understand that even the finest timepieces can occasionally encounter issues. That’s why we provide a 12-month warranty on every watch you buy from us.

This warranty covers mechanical defects related to the movement, ensuring your timepiece operates as it should. However, it does not cover issues arising from normal wear and tear, accidents, or improper use.

What’s Not Covered?

The following are excluded from the warranty:

• Water resistance: Vintage watches may not meet modern waterproofing standards.
• External damage: Breaking or loss of the glass, winding stem, crown, spring, buttons, or pushers.
• Strap or bracelet: Wear and tear on the watch strap or bracelet.
• Impact damage: Any damage caused by dropping, bumping, or exposing the watch to dirt or moisture.

The warranty is non-transferable and valid only for the original purchaser. It becomes void if the watch or its movement has been tampered with by an unauthorized party.
